Unlimited Communication
Have questions, ideas, or inspiration? You’ll have unlimited communication with me before and after your session so you feel prepared every step of the way.
Styling & Session Guide
When applicable, you’ll receive a styling and session guide PDF to help with outfits, preparation, and what to expect.
Your Choice of Location
Choose one location within 20 miles of Perry, Georgia. Locations outside this radius may require an additional travel fee. Certain locations may require a fee paid directly to the property owner.

•Starting at $75 ($37.50 non-refundable retainer due at time of booking to hold session date and time)

•Recommended for couples, maternity, milestones, small families, seniors needing just a few looks, quick branding updates, or anyone wanting a shorter and more relaxed session.
•Best when you’re planning one location, one outfit, and a simple vision.
🌿Willow
•Up to 90 Minutes
•Starting at $175 ($87.50 non-refundable retainer due at time of booking to hold session date and time)
•For the whole story.
•Recommended for larger families, extended families, seniors wanting multiple looks, branding sessions, elaborate or creative concepts, couples wanting extra variety, or anyone who wants plenty of time to let the session unfold naturally.
•Ideal for multiple outfits, more variety, young children who may need time to warm up, or sessions where we simply don’t want to rush the magic.
🪻Wisteria (Most Popular)
•45-60 Minutes
•Starting at $125 ($62.50 non-refundable retainer due at time of booking to hold session date and time)
•Our most versatile session.
•Recommended for families, couples, maternity, seniors, engagements, branding, motherhood, lifestyle sessions, and sessions where you’d like a little more variety.
•The extra time allows us to slow down, explore the location, incorporate multiple poses or groupings, and potentially an outfit change without feeling rushed.
Your Full Edited Gallery
No choosing favorites and no paying extra for additional images. You’ll receive a private online gallery containing every successful, professionally edited image from your session. If we make magic, you get the magic. ✨
Sneak Peeks Within 48 Hours
You won’t have to wait long to see a little glimpse of your session! A selection of sneak peeks will be delivered within 48 hours.
7-Day Gallery Delivery
Your complete, professionally edited gallery will be delivered within 7 days of your session.
🥂Wedding, Events, and More - Starting at $500
•Up to 4 hours of coverage
•For the moments that need more than a traditional portrait session. This package is perfect for intimate weddings, elopements, parties, showers, celebrations, ceremonies, community events, business events, and other special occasions.
•Coverage begins at $500 for up to 4 hours, with additional coverage available based on the needs of your event.
•Your coverage includes the same experience you can expect from every Weeping Willow Photography session: unlimited communication before and after your event, planning guidance when applicable, a full professionally edited online gallery, every successful edited image with no additional image-purchasing requirement. However, due to the quantity of photos to edit, sneak peek delivery is extended to 7 days and full online gallery delivery is extended to 14 days.
•A 50% retainer is required to reserve your date and is applied toward your total package price. Travel, venue, admission, or property fees may apply when applicable.
•Because every wedding and event is a little different, please reach out with the details of your day for a personalized quote.
Please note: In compliance with Georgia state tax regulations, all photography packages are subject to local sales tax of 7%. Tax is automatically calculated into the invoice so pricing shown is what you pay. For example, a session quoted at $175 will already have the 7% tax calculated into it.

A sprawling private homestead featuring rolling grass fields, a rustic barn, farm animals, and beautiful countryside views—especially magical as the sun begins to set. Available for an additional $30 property fee paid directly to the property owner.

Please note that all locations are subject to availability, access, and property-owner approval when applicable. Any rental, admission, permit, or location fees required to use your chosen location are the client’s responsibility and are separate from your session price. Travel fees may also apply for locations outside the included service area.

Process
Start by filling out the contact form with your session type, preferred date, and vision for your shoot. Once I receive your inquiry, we’ll chat through all the details, answer any questions, and choose the perfect package for you. A signed contract and retainer officially secure your session date.
After booking, you’ll receive my styling & session guide PDF filled with outfit inspiration, tips, and location guidance. We’ll work together to make your session feel natural, comfortable, and true to you. I’m always available for unlimited communication before your shoot to help with planning, ideas, and confidence leading up to your session.
Your session is meant to feel relaxed and genuine — no stiff posing or pressure. I’ll guide you every step of the way while also capturing candid moments and authentic connection. Whether we’re chasing golden hour light or embracing playful chaos, the goal is to create timeless images that feel like you.
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive sneak peeks from your session to share and enjoy right away. Your full edited gallery will then be delivered within 7 days through an online gallery where you can download, share, and print your images with ease. Every package includes unlimited edited images, so you’ll never have to choose between your favorite moments.
